THE MISSION
Sacred Garden’s mission is to make the benefits of Yoga Pilates Meditation and Ayurveda accessible to one and all. To plant the seeds of inspiration and move people to take their practice off the mat into their daily lives, not only to have right alignment in the physical posture but right alignment in the world by taking mindful action for worthy causes to make a lasting impact for a better tomorrow.

Hello and welcome! I'm Laura Caulfield-Lewis and I'm thrilled to connect with you.
Drawing on over 25 years of dedicated practice, I founded Sacred Garden Wellness—a grassroots organization in Santa Barbara, California. For me, it's about far more than just physical practice, it's a lifelong pursuit of learning, connecting with nature and giving back.
I'm honored to share my experience and passion with you. You can find me teaching group classes, offering community classes to benefit non-profits, leading wellness hikes, meditation workshops and retreats.
I am excited to continue on this journey together—both on and off the mat, nurturing our true nature, and making a difference in the world.
