Community Classes

$20 suggested donation classes are held in outdoor settings, inviting in the elements of nature to nourish the soul. 100% of the proceeds are donated to non-profits to give back to mother earth and other worthy causes.

The Mission:  Sacred Garden’s mission is to make the benefits of Yoga Pilates and Meditation accessible to one and all, to plant the seeds of inspiration and inspire people to take their practice off the mat into their daily lives, to not only have right alignment in the physical posture but right alignment in the world by taking action for worthy causes to make a lasting impact for a better tomorrow.


When you join Sacred Garden Yogalates Giveback Grapevine Initiative YOU will:

  • Empower Change: Every dollar raised will help bring the healing power of yogalates to underserved communities.

  • Build Community: Unite around a common cause and strengthen the bonds in your community both on and off the mat.

  • Inspire Others: Set an example of compassion and generosity, motivating others to contribute in their own way.

  • Practice together: When you join the Sacred Garden Grapevine Give Back Initiative you will receive invites to quarterly free Yoga, Pilates, Guided Meditation Hikes, and other volunteer activities to take your practice off the mat.​  Just imaging all the good we can do together!  I hope you will join me!

Six Sundays of Summer:  Yogalates For Good​

  • Dates + Time: Six Sundays, July 14-Aug. 18, 3:00-4:30pm

  • Location: La Mesa Park: 295 Meigs Road, Santa Barbara CA (across from Lazy Acres)

  • Donate: Each class is a suggested donation of $20. All online donations are processed through our Sacred Garden Grapevine Initiative webpage. Make your donation online to give back to our chosen charities and receive a tax receipt for your gift.

  • Sponsored byClub Pilates will match all donations (up to $1,500). Pay what you can. Walk-ins are welcome. 

  • Prizes: Get there early to get your swag bag and enter the raffle to win the following prizes;

    • Club Pilates (Five Points + Calle Real locations) has generously agreed to be a sponsor and will provide swag bags and each week we will raffle an 8 pack of Pilates Classes at Club Pilates ($229 value). Better yet, Club Pilates has generously offered to match the total donations contributed by the attendees (up to $1,500).

    • Sacred Garden's founder Laura Caulfield-Lewis will be donating her time as the Yogalates instructor and will be raffling off a private Yogalates & Meditation session at each event ($100 value).

    • There will be other great door prizes and giveaways too!

Wilderness Youth Project

WILDERNESS YOUTH PROJECT's mission is to help kids get outdoors and connect with nature.  


DignityMoves mission is to provide shelter to homeless population and help restore dignity, allowing people a safe place to heal as well other necessary services, including improving the wellbeing of the surrounding community.

Freedom 4 Youth

Freedom 4 Youth

Freedom 4 Youth's mission is to uplift and empower youth. They provide mentorship, advocating for youth inside juvenal facilities and provide tutoring, and education with an emphasis on trauma-informed care.

Sierra Club

Sierra Club protects the environment and connects people through education, conservation and science.
